Well, getting a TPMS sensor for a 13 year old Ram truck is a bit of a gamble any way you look at it. Hoping these work and that the batteries last long enough for me to sell it - but this is on me. So the quality, look, and the condition of the product was great. however, I did run into an altercation. The part was not a plug-in play unfortunately and that I have to go and get it reprogrammed to match the Vin of the vehicle. I negotiated with the seller and he was very understandable of the situation I was in and offered me to sell it at a discounted price. Even though it wasn’t as expected to be at first but it was well handled with great customer service. much respect for the companny

not the sellers fault but the Post Office messed up and sent my package from Philly to southern Va before it made it's way back to NJ when it started out north of Philly in the first place so my project got delayed a little but like I said it's not the seller's fault
